We hold numerous beliefs, but merely believing in something is distinct from bringing it to fruition. Our journey commenced in 2008 with the aspiration to revolutionize the financial market in Israel. We aimed to establish an environment that empowers women, providing them with the desired work-life balance. Our vision encompassed a workplace that actively contributes to charitable causes and positively impacts the local community, while relentlessly pursuing success and excellence in every endeavor. Presently, with branches in Israel and the US, I cannot claim that we have fully realized all our dreams, but we are undeniably making significant progress, even though there is still a long road ahead.
